Project confirmation

Website orders and inquiries are requests for a project engagement. Exact scope, deliverables, pricing, milestones, ownership terms and timeline become binding only after written confirmation by both parties.

Payments

Payment schedules are defined in the approved proposal or invoice. Work may be paused when an agreed payment is overdue.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for timely feedback, lawful content, required credentials, approvals and third-party costs unless otherwise stated.

Changes and revisions

Work outside the confirmed scope may require a change request, revised timeline and additional fee.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, gateways, APIs and other third-party services remain subject to their own availability, pricing and terms.

Warranty and support

Defect support and maintenance are provided according to the written project agreement. No system can be guaranteed to be entirely free of defects or security risk.
